RETURNS DUE TO WITHDRAWAL
 
In conformity with the General Consumer and User Protection Law, in the case where the customer is not satisfied with the product received, the customer has fourteen (14) calendar days to return all or some of the products received in the order with no need to present justification. Only regular priced or promotional items may be returned. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. The aforementioned right to return all or some of the items in the order applies only to products purchased online through our website. If the product was purchased in a store the customer must contact the store where the purchase was made, since the return policies of that store will apply.
 
To be eligible for a return, the item being returned must be unused and in the same condition of reception, with all the labels and accessories supplied with the product. If the customer fails to proceed as instructed or if the product or packaging suffers any damage, the customer agrees that CAPITAL SINS may reject the return and the refund.
Once the customer return is received and inspected, an e-mail will be sent to notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the return.
If the return is approved, then the customer refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card, or original method of payment, within seven (7) calendar days.
 
To complete the return, the customer is required to inform CAPITAL SINS by sending an email through our Contact Form. The customer will then be instructed on how to send back the items being returned.
  
The customer is responsible for paying the cost of returning the products being returned.
CAPITAL SINS is not liable for the shipping company the customer hires to return the order. It is therefore recommended that the customer requires the shipping company to provide proof of delivery to receive evidence that the returned order was properly delivered.
 
In the case the refund hasn’t been received yet, the customer should first contact the personal credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to show. If the customer has already done all of this and still has not received refund yet, our Customer Service team should be contacted through our Contact Form.
 
RETURNS DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
 
INDAKO LTD guarantees this product for a period of 12 months against all manufacturing defects which have been previously verified by our Technical Service. In the event that a manufacturing defect has been verified, the frame or the corresponding defective part will be replaced at no cost, excluding the ophthalmic lenses.
The guarantee does not cover defects caused by improper use of the frame, by accidents (shocks, crushing, etc.), by unauthorized repairs, handling or modifications.
 
If the product was purchased in a store, the customer must contact the store where the purchase was made in order to benefit from the guarantee.
 
If the product was purchased online through our website, any product presenting manufacturing defects can be returned to CAPITAL SINS at no costs. In order to benefit from the guarantee, the customer needs to keep the receipt of purchase of the product (which was sent with the parcel or through email) as it contains information that will be required by our Technical Service. It is therefore suggested to keep it in a safe place.
 
To formalize the return, the customer must contact CAPITAL SINS sending an email to info@capitalsins.co.uk. In the email the customer should clearly indicate the code of the defective model to be returned (the code can be found on the inner side of the temples), the number of the invoice received with the product, the nature of the defect together with pictures proving the nature of the defect. Upon receiving the email, the Technical Service will verify the nature of the defect. In the case the return is approved, an email will be sent to the customer to inform how the defective product can be sent to the Technical Service’s offices or collected.
 
Once the product has been received and the defects confirmed, CAPITAL SINS will replace the frame or the corresponding defective part at no cost, excluding the ophthalmic lenses. In the case where the replacement is objectively impossible to be carried out (due to shortage of stock, the product or part to be replaced is an older model which is no longer manufactured, etc…) the customer may opt to withdraw (i.e. receive the reimbursement for the original purchase), or voluntarily choose another model of similar value.
 
The delivery of a product of identical features, or a new one chosen by the customer, will be made within seven (7) calendar days from the confirmation of a replacement.
In the case of reimbursement, then the customer refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within seven (7) calendar days.
In the case where the refund hasn’t been received yet, the customer should first contact the personal credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to show.
