SHIPPING
At the moment, CAPITAL SINS ships only within the UK.
The shipping is FREE for all destinations currently covered. 
If you are from a country which is not covered at the moment by our Shipping Zone, please contact us at info@capitalsins.co.uk and we'll let you know if we can arrange a special delivery to your country.
 
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME
The time CAPITAL SINS needs to prepare an order for shipping is 1-2 working days. The estimated shipping times are the following:

• United Kingdom: 2-3 business days
• EU: not covered at the moment
• Rest of the World: not covered at the moment

CAPITAL SINS will do its best to meet these shipping estimates but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the third-party shipping company.
 
TRACKING INFORMATION
CAPITAL SINS dispatch its products through Royal Mail or Evri. Our shipping is tracked. CAPITAL SINS will send the customer an email with the tracking number once the package is prepared and picked up from our warehouse.
 
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. CAPITAL SINS is not responsible for delays due to customs.
 
RETURNS

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the product received has a manufacturing defect please follow the instructions contained in our section Returns.
